20 Years of Master Glaziers
Master Glaziers was formed in 2002 when we secured a nationwide contract with IAG (NZ) Ltd, one of NZ’s largest insurance companies.
The contract was to organise and manage all their insurance customers’ building glass repairs for accidental damage to residential and commercial properties. We set up a nationwide network of independent glazing companies to provide local service at agreed rates to provide consistent reliable pricing and service for the insurer, quality and timely service from the glaziers and full professional management by AMN as the liaison between all parties.
Fast forward 20 years, and we provide these services to nearly every insurance company in NZ for building glass repairs. All four of our directors work in the business and are supported by a leadership team who look after our customers, our network, an extensive operations team, and a significant IT support team.
